Monthly tuition is based on a 48-week year, averaging four lessons per month. The studio is closed for four weeks of holidays throughout the year.
Some months may include five lessons, and others may include three, but tuition remains the same every month.
This structure keeps planning and budgeting simple and consistent for families.

A complete list of holiday and closure dates will be posted on the studio website at the beginning of each year.

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
   
• Payments received after the 5th may include a late fee.
   
• Lessons may be paused if tuition becomes past due.
   

Your weekly lesson time is reserved specifically for your family.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a makeup lesson.
   
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be offered a makeup slot if one is available, though availability is not guaranteed.
   
• No refunds or credits are provided for missed lessons.
   

If the instructor must cancel a lesson, a makeup lesson or tuition credit will always be provided.

The studio closes for four weeks each year.

Consistent practice is essential for musical growth. Students are expected to practice regularly and complete assigned materials between lessons.

Families are responsible for purchasing books, sheet music, and any additional materials required for lessons, recitals, or exams.

If discontinuing lessons, please provide a 30-day notice.
